If you have decided to use Wifitti to allow audience members to text message directly to the screen, there are a few things to consider.  This works best when a separate screen is dedicated to these messages.  This requires a separate laptop connected to the Internet.  If you do not want to dedicate a screen and will be running a system where Scott will flip back and forth between the presentation and the Wifitti screen, the AV company will need to understand how to cross connect the laptops.  It is highly advisable that you connect Scott with the AV company to make the setup is done correctly in advance.  To see an example of what Wifitti will look like for your audience, please click on the graphic on the right side of the screen.

A/V Requirements

The following is a list of room & a/v preferences.  Please know these are flexible if there are extenuating circumstances.

Staging:  Scott will use his laptop from the stage, so a podium or table is needed, along with a stable Internet Connection.

Microphone:  Wireless lavaliere microphone

Screen & Computer Projection System:  Scott will use his own laptop because he often has music and video files that would not be easy to move to another computer.  He uses a 2010 Mac Book Pro.  An LCD projector system compatible with a Mac computer is required, as well.

Media/PowerPoint/Materials:  Scott uses “Keynote” to create his media presentation and often works on it up until the last minute, because of the way he often customizes them for the audience. If you need to review the content or print hand-outs in advance, please let us know in advance, so he can meet the deadlines.

Recording: We encourage recording, but a separate agreement is required and a licensing fee may apply, depending on how you plan to use the recording after the event.  If you plan to record any portion of Scott's presentation, please call our office to request a video / audio taping agreement.

Other: Sometimes Scott gives out t-shirts to a few audience members.  Please let us know in advance if you’d like to have these shirts available as "give-aways."
